“We have a maintenance agreement with British Gas. They visited and told us that it was not a boiler issue but a plumber issue. We subsequently called Jamie and he ascertained that there were three possible issue that were all related to the boiler rather than a flow/plumbing issue. He provided a detailed written report along with his invoice. We will now go back to British gas with this information. He was very helpful and polite. He is also very knowledgeable. Excellent was our verdict.”

He didn't check the radiators, but spent some time checking the boiler, flue and control device; and even the gas oven and meter.
